The space My casita as I call it is a small house totally refurbished,with lots of light and sun for a pleasant stay,with a modern kitchen available your entire stay,with shops and wineries very close by. Guest access My guests have access to the kitchen,to all the hygienic amenities throughout the house, to the terrace,patio and other areas,do not share with anyone for the duration of their stay. Other things to note My house is very close to the San Pedro train station so you could hear at different times the passage of the trains either day or night. The water service in the city center can be restricted between 7 or 8 at night until 11 or 12 at night ,please take into account this information, both to see the bathroom time to close the bass of all the faucets and showers and thus avoid the flow of MY water after they are not at home or are asleep.
