The cottage in Forbach-Trabronn offers an idyllic getaway in the middle of the forest on a clearing, together with a second house in a beautiful location on a clearing in the forest. The Zillertal wall paneling, the fireplace in the living and dining room as well as the partially exposed half-timbered give the house a special charm and a warm atmosphere. Despite the rustic flair, you don't have to give up modern comfort: the house has been completely renovated, thermally insulated, tastefully furnished and modernly equipped. A highlight is the new large lounge, which can be used in many ways. It has ample space for cozy gatherings with family and friends, but is also suitable as a seminar room with a 65"internet TV and large table, as a playroom with foosball and darts or as a chill-out lounge. When the weather is fair, the large terrace with seating set and loungers invites you to relax in the fish garden pond. On cooler or overcast days, the roundwood sauna provides soothing warmth after a hike. A 4-meter trampoline is available for families with children. BBQ enthusiasts can try their hand at various grills with the covered barbecue area or enjoy the campfire. The sauna house also houses the fourth bathroom area with a steam shower, toilet and sink. The rustic round wood sauna is designed for 6 to 8 people. Bedroom in the main house: One of the bedrooms in the house is a large space with a total of 3 double beds and a 2-person sofa bed. A sleeping gallery accessible via a ladder can accommodate 2 small double beds (1.40 m wide each). In the main room there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m as well as a sofa bed for 2 people – ideal for large families. Shared spaces: New large recreation room: The approximately 60 m² space offers plenty of space for cozy gatherings. It can be used with 6​5"​-​I​n​t​e t e​t​-​T​V and a large table as a seminar room, which offers space for everyone. Alternatively, it serves as a playroom with foosball and dart board or as a chill-out lounge with stereo system. The room is also equipped with a large stainless steel sink, a large beverage fridge, a large couch and a fireplace. The highlight, especially for large groups, is the gastro dishwasher, which rinses and dries the dishes within a few minutes.
