From the living area, dual windows offer picturesque views of the garden, paddocks, and neighboring dam. The separate bedroom offers a tranquil setting with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the sprawling property and distant mountains. The luxurious bathroom is generously appointed, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with a soothing rain shower head. A comfortable fold out sofa bed is provided for any extra guests. Guest access Expansive local walking trails are conveniently located just beyond the back gate, leading to the charming Samford Village with its array of coffee shops, restaurants, and gift boutiques within a leisurely stroll. Guests are invited to enjoy the tennis court on-site. Approximately 200 meters from the back gate lies the tranquil South Pine River, perfect for a peaceful paddle. Guests are encouraged to explore the grounds freely, exploring the meditative labyrinth just at the front of the house and relish the sunset views from the sheltered viewing platform atop the property. Other things to note Given the presence of various livestock such as dogs, horses, cats, chickens, and sheep on the property, any pets brought here should also be well-socialized. Our dogs are accustomed to interacting with visiting dogs and greatly enjoy these encounters. To make your shopping experience convenient, Samford Village offers a supermarket and a selection of fresh bakeries including Samford Patisserie, Brumbies, and Kenilworth Bakery, renowned for their delicious freshly made doughnuts.
