The main floor has an open space overlooking the private garden, with a big and fully equipped kitchen with an island with a breakfast bar, large dining room, living room and terrace. A bedroom/studio with its full bathroom are a separate space and overlook the street. The main bedroom and garden are in the lower floor. It has a queen bed, view to the garden and a full bathroom with two sinks and showerheads. You get to wake up to the sound of chirping birds and the sight of bougainvillea , hummingbirds and butterflies every morning! It´s a beautiful green and quiet space in Condesa, where you can chill in a hammock or plant some tomatoes- a true rarity. There is parking space for one car, bikes, washer/drier in the upstaris bathroom and wifi. The building has only 4 flats and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Guest access Shouldn´t even have to be clarified, but ALL GUESTS ARE WELCOME. You will have access to everything, except for the storage space. Of course there will be dedicated storage space for you! This is my home and will have books and artwork on the walls, good kitchen appliances, plants everywhere, etc. You are more than welcome to enjoy it all, just take good care of it, please.
