Forget your worries, relax and enjoy!!! The space Cozy two-story house with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor area ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. On the ground floor you have a kitchen, living room, and pantry. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. The house is heated with hot air, channeled from the fireplace. This way, while enjoying the fire, you generate a comfortable warmth. Guest access The house is all for you and your companion. Other things to note - The house IS HEATED WITH THE FIREPLACE in the living room by means of hot air that it generates, you just have to light it and enjoy it!!! All the wood to heat the house is included in the price from October to April. The rest of the year only one carrycot is included per reservation, the rest is charged to the customer. - The capacity of the house is 2 people including children of all ages (0 to 17), do not forget to include them in your reservation from the beginning. - All occupants of the property must register their personal data in compliance with RD 933/2021 of October 26, 48 hours before their arrival in the link that will be provided to them. - We don't allow pets. - The bedroom is upstairs and has a 135cm double bed. - We deliver the bed unprepared, the clothes are in the bedroom closet next to the towels. - The house does not have a barbecue, and for security it is not possible to bring your own. - The fireplace is just to warm up the house, do not use it as a barbecue. - No connection of electric vehicles to the property network.
