The space This building was built in 2013 by a well known architect Gudmundur Jonsson, and this cabin model has been in several magazines for its unique design and typical modern Norwegian design. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor pizza-oven, which is also a fireplace. Adventourous guests may like to use my two person kayak, or rent my boat if you want. «BUSTER» is 16 foot long with 40Hp outboatd engine for up to six people. Perfect for short trips around the area and fishing. Before renting the boat, please read up on the restrictions for using 40hp engines in Norway. One also needs a separate boat license. Unfortunately this property has limited disabled access, with multiple stairs, small bathrooms and tricky parking areas. Other things to note Use a fun and family friendly kayak for two persons. One have to carry the kayak down to the harbour self back and forth. A nice way to se the local scenery. This is only possible during summer season. The area has lots of hiking trails in short distance. There is an app where you get lots of details. We also have a great climbing park called “Høyt og lavt” Nedstrand. Check it out for both adults and kids. One of Norway’s most famous tourist attractions ‘Preikestolen’ is a ferry and a drive away. The view is absolutely spectacular.
