You'll find us just across the road from UTAS Stadium and a short walk from Launceston CBD! The space This quintessential cottage has character and convenience in spades. Through the front gate you'll love charming gardens and sunlit front porch. The porch is the perfect place to sit and relax, maybe even take in a few moments of people watching. Inside, discover two generous bedrooms on either side of the hallway, each with comfortable queen beds, storage, and additional heating and cooling options. Continue down the hallway to the open kitchen-living area, graced by a large skylight which bathes the space in natural light. The fully appointed kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and essentials, along with a gorgeous exposed brick feature wall. You'll find a two-seater dining table and additional seating under the island bench. The adjoining sunroom offers extra seating and a sunny spot to relax. The living room provides a comfortable space to unwind. Sink into plush seating, enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or get lost in a good book. The bathroom and laundry branch off from this space. The laundry includes a washing machine, iron, washing powder, and clothes rack for your convenience. The bathroom features a generous walk-in shower. Step out onto the back deck from the sunroom, where you'll find a private 6-seater outdoor setting and shared barbecue. Explore the beautiful gardens, where you will find plenty of fresh produce. Parking - Although there is no off street parking there is ample free and convenient street parking just outside the front entrance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Please note that the backyard and BBQ are shared spaces. Other things to note This cottage is adjoined to another lovely cottage, allowing for combined bookings if both are available for your desired dates. Feel free to explore and book 'Gorgeous on Gleadow,' the neighboring cottage, to cater to all guests! Please watch your step while entering into the living space from the entry hallway. Please note that the property is situated within an industrial setting, and there is the potential for noise at times during business hours; however, this should not be too loud or disturbing during your stay.
