Please inquire for info about groups larger than 20 The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Although the listing maximum is 16, this home can comfortably accommodate 20-25 people depending on your group makeup. The master suite includes a king bed with a luxury bath and a soaking tub with spectacular panoramic views. In addition to the master suite, there are 5 private bedrooms, 3 of them have queen beds, one comes with a bunk bed, and the last room has a Murphy-style pull out. Downstairs there is a beautiful custom-built bunk bed wall containing 6 double beds plus 3 more twin beds. Bring the whole crew!! Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, which is dedicated to owner storage. Other things to note Please be sure to inquire about any large gatherings or events. We are happy to support these events as long as there is clear communication and advance notice. We offer custom pricing for large events, such as weddings and corporate parties. Smoking is not permitted.
