The apt occupies the entire top floor with scenic views over the Kotor Bay. Pool in the back yard, private parking in the front, beach nearby and Kotor Old Town only 5 min away. The space The apartment features a wide open living space including large sofa, coffee table and entertainment center, dining table with chairs, custom-designed bar table with shelves and kitchen area. The fully-appointed modern kitchen includes ceramic hob, built-in refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, small appliances, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery. There are two bedrooms of which one is available for guests including a double bed, a chest of drawers, a night table, a heating/cooling unit and en-suite bathroom with shower. Independent water heater provides plenty of hot water for the apartment. All bed and bath linen are provided. The large sofa is a queen bed-size and can accommodate two adults. The apartment sleeps up to 2 adults. Large independent heating/cooling units keep the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A flat screen TV with many international channels and high speed wireless internet are provided free of charge. Guest access Outside, there is ample free, secure parking on three sides of the villa. Just steps outside your door are a 6m x 12m swimming pool, with a large terrace and pool-side tables, chairs, and lounges. The Villa is full of green and very private away from the main road. The nearest grocery store is within walking distance. Small shops and cafés occur at regular intervals along the jetties that line the Dobrota waterfront only 5 minutes from Kotor Old Town. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk across the street and down a few steps adjacent to the Forza Mare hotel, one of only two 5-star resorts in the area. Breakfast is available at the hotel Casa Mare Pietra directly below the apartment and drinks / deserts can be enjoyed all day at the Forza Mare hotel by the seaside 2 min down the easy steps 50 meters away. All your expectation will fully met,even more. The building after reconstruction, is under protection of UNESCO. This is very large and clean apartment, absolutely new furniture, dishes and linens (with tag). The place is fantastic ! You can see the wonderful show just from your windows every Thursday at 13.10. There is the meeting of two great white ships that greet each other with whistles! Absolutely unusual combination of comfort, tranquility and beauty! Good for families with children , for big companies. Owner and managers are for your service all time. I will recommend this beautiful place more and more ! Accommodated our last minute booking and early check-in at 6 in the morning." “Beautiful views of Kotor Bay” Reviewed by Nicole Dennis on July 30, 2013 for a stay in July 2013 We had a lovely stay in Kotor, and the apartment being just outside of town in Dobrota suited us perfectly as it meant we could avoid the swells of tourists in Kotor when the cruise ships docked daily. Although you would be best to have a car to access Kotor as it would be a long walk from town. The apartment was modern, spacious tidy & great natural light. It's furnished well, easy to operate all the appliances (washing machine, aircon, sat TV etc), large amount of living space. The photos of the apartment are a very accurate reflection of it. The pool, although shared with other apartments in the property is large, clean & well appointed with sun lounges, which is a nice reprieve from the heat & swimming at the beach/bay. The management of the apartment was great, excellent communication and I found the owner & property manager never an issue to get in touch with. The best part would have to views from the apartment to the bay are beautiful, we enjoyed waking up to these each morning & watching the bay.
