Balay Ni Jethro is a spacious and modern 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath home. It is solar powered, has geothermal cooling, two AC units, and back up water storage. This can be a trip saver, as the power grid on the island isn’t reliable. NEWLY WATER PRESSURE ADDED to the house so water pressure won’t be an issue. HIGH PRESSURE. We have all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, a helpful host on demand, and a rental van for trips to the nearby beach resorts with extra fee of 1400 pesos daily.
