Please respect building quiet hours and other residents. • No smoking inside the apartment or in common areas. • Each group will be provided with two sets of keys, each set includes one apartment key and one swipe key (for lift access). Please keep all keys safe. Lost swipe keys will incur a replacement fee of AUD 150 per key. • When cooking, please use the exhaust fan and open windows to prevent smoke buildup. Please do not open the main door while cooking, as smoke may escape into the hallway and trigger the building’s sensitive fire alarms. • If a false fire alarm is triggered (e.g. from cooking or smoke), and the NSW Fire Department is called, any related fines or call-out charges will be the guest’s responsibility. • Upon check-out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please Note • The apartment is located in a private residential building in the heart of the city, where urban activity continues day and night.
