The space There are three cozy bedrooms: two with Queen beds, one with a King bed in the main room. Blackout curtains in main room (not in photos). You'll find two full bathrooms—one with a tub and the other with a spacious walk-in shower. Additionally, there's a dining room, kitchen, pantry, a spacious living room, and a convenient laundry room. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourself, including the front yard and a completely fenced backyard with a cozy patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy. Other things to note Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won't be able to accommodate this. In the case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 3 hours total. We won't know until 24 hrs prior to your dates, so be sure to ask us. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure. **Guests advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
