It consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room (facing south) opening onto a pleasant balcony (with a view of the gardens of the surrounding houses), a highly functional and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a dedicated work area), a bathroom, and a separate powder room. The space The living room has a lounge area with a convertible leather sofa, coffee table and TV, as well as a dining room with a round table and chairs. Access to the balcony (where you can have lunch/dinner for two). The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with large appliances (hood, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine), but also with small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) The sleeping area, well separated, is served by a corridor that distributes the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet.
