This cozy, newly built (2023) Chalet enjoys excellent sunshine even in the depths of winter. The huge bay windows of the living room offers you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley, like a giant painting changing with the seasons. You will never get tired of it. Beautiful 3 bedroom chalet minutes from the Nendaz ski slops (5 min by car), restaurants and bars in the heart of Nendaz. You can enjoy Sauna shared with its sister FeelGood Chalet. The space 3 bedroom room chalet spanning across 150 m2 on 2 levels, sleeps 6 guests. Comfortable, high quality and modern furnishings. • On the first floor: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open fireplace, cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Exit to the terrace & garden. Open Kitchen with high end equipment including oven, dishwasher, 4 induction glass hobs, coffee machine, toaster, raclette grill & Cheese fondue Set. • On the lower ground floor: 3 bedrooms with one separate shower/WC. Access directly to the garden from 2 bedrooms. • Barbecue (portable) while enjoying beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. • Parking: 1 garage space + 1 additional parking in front of the house. • Ski dryer for 10 pair of ski shoes. • Please note: non-smokers only. Guest access You will have access to the full chalet. Roads are cleaned in winter every day. Other things to note Note an additional Local tax fee will be collected from you upon arrival. This is 3,5 CHF (adult above 16 years) or 1,75 CHF (6-16 years) per night and will be collected via bank transfer or TWINT. This is a mandatory Nendaz tax on tourist which is paid to the authorities. • In the winter months snow chains and winter tires are essential for access to the ski resort. • Rubbish must be taken away from the chalet on departure. • A list of babysitters is available at the tourist office. • SPA center at the Hotel 4 Vallées. • In the resort: supermarket, shops, butcher, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club. Local pharmacies and doctor also available. • Activities: climbing, hiking, wellness center, fitness center, sauna, massage.
