Kick back and relax in the top floor of this calm, stylish garden duplex. Enjoy the private garden with grill and firepit or fully equipped kitchen. Due to the separation of floors, there is a lot of privacy for a share. 4 blocks to the subway in BedStuy Brooklyn. The space Garden duplex. The available room is upstairs on the ground level, facing the garden. I live downstairs in the basement level. For a share there is a fair amount of privacy because of the separate floors. Only the shower is shared, there is another half bathroom downstairs that I use. If you are only staying 1 or 2 nights the bathroom is typically private during your stay. Guest access Garden, open kitchen / living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. There is a Big Green Egg grill in the garden you can use only after I show you how to clean & use it. Let me know in advance if you want to have a BBQ and I can help you get it all set up.
