Housekeeping services available with advanced notice, see "Other Details to Note" High speed Fiber Wifi Full kitchen with pots, pans and cooking utensils included Dining Table, plates, glasses and silverware included Sleeps 8, 3 in each bedroom and 2 in the living room Electronic entry so no keys to worry about (great for big groups) The space Has a full kitchen so you can prepare meals and a 5 gallon water dispenser so you can fill your own water bottle and help keep plastic bottles off the island. Note: we are self-service and do not provide regular cleaning and other hotel services. Cleaning during your stay can be scheduled at least 24 hours before hand, but cleaning fees apply. (see "Other details to note"). Guest access Guest will have unshared access to the whole apartment; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. We use an electronic coded entry, pre-programmed before each guest. Other things to note PHOTO ID: we require copy of Photo ID of all guests before check-in. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: * HJ Apt is a self-service apartment and all linen, towels, toilet paper and full water dispenser are provided ONCE at check-in. * Full Apartment Cleaning (1,500 pesos): all bed sheets and towels will be replaced. The bathrooms and kitchen will be cleaned and the apartment swept. Toiletries, toilet paper, garbage bags and water jug will be supplied and garbage will be thrown out. * Bathrooms (300 pesos): bathrooms cleaned and towels changed. * Bedrooms: (750 pesos): bedrooms swept and bed sheets changed. * Refilling water dispenser: 150 pesos * Toilet Paper: 25 pesos/roll LUGGAGE STORAGE: As long as you provide flight info and arrange before hand, we can provide a place to store luggage from 9am if you arrive before check-in time or up to 5pm if you want to leave luggage after check-out. Upon request, we can try to accommodate luggage storage requests outside the 9am to 5pm hours. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: When available, early and late checkout can be negotiated for a fee.
