Located just a 3-minute walk from the beaches, opposite the islands of Ouessant and Molène (the Lanildut pier to access the islands is 10 minutes away). GR 34, many walking and biking trails nearby. The space Ty Porzh: charming house with sea view in Porspoder (Finistère) Located in Porspoder, in Finistère, Ty Porzh is a charming house freshly renovated in 2023/2024. Close to the sea, the islands of Ouessant and Molène, accessible from the pier located a 10-minute walk away. A spacious and comfortable home Ty Porzh's ideal capacity is 6 guests, but it is possible to accommodate 8 people thanks to the sofa bed on the mezzanine. The house has: On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a living area in a bright veranda, a friendly dining room, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor: two cozy bedrooms (one with a 140 double bed, the other with bunk beds), an office, and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the second floor: a large bedroom with a double bed and sea view, and a mezzanine with a sofa bed. Lovely and convenient exterior Outside, you can enjoy a small enclosed garden with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, to enjoy your meals outdoors. A garage will allow you to store your equipment (bike, board, etc.), and you will have access to an inflatable paddle and a canoe to have fun on the water. The house is located just a 3-minute walk to the beaches, where you can swim, sunbathe, or fish. Quality amenities and services For your convenience, we provide bed and bath linens, as well as the essentials to start your stay: some condiments, tea and coffee, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, toilet paper. On request, we can also provide you with a baby crib, high chair, and baby bath. An ideal location to discover the region Ty Porzh is the perfect base for discovering the region and its riches. You can walk on the GR 34, the famous customs trail that runs along the coast, or take the many walking and biking trails that crisscross the landscape. You can also practice water activities, such as sailing, kayaking, or surfing, or learn to ride horses. You can also visit the must-see tourist sites, such as the Trézien lighthouse, the port of Lanildut, the Armorica Regional Natural Park, or the city of Brest, 30 minutes by car. Guest access This is a detached house with garden and private parking. Other things to note Cost of the cleaning fee according to the length of stay.
