The space This space provides 4 bedrooms and 1 additional futon bed located in the den. Basement-Bedroom w/ 1 Queen bed, full bath, family space with pool table, board games, and smart TV. Main Floor-Kitchen w/ all your day-to-day amenities, family room w/ smart TV and fireplace, dining room, and formal living room. Second Floor-Bedroom w/ 1 King bed, private full bath, and two walk in closets and smart TV. Additional bedroom w/ 1 Queen bed, and unattached full bathroom. A washroom w/ washer and dryer and office room w/ single futon bed. Attic (4th level)-4 Queen beds and smart TV. Guest access Access to house, yard, and driveway for walks. No access to attached garage. Other things to note Gravel driveway is approximately 1 mile long with a steep incline, 4 wheel drive not needed unless weather permits (heavy rain or snow).
