During your stay We give our guests full privacy but are always just a message away. All communication is handled via the Airbnb app for security and convenience. Our team will: - Respond quickly to any concerns or questions - Coordinate cleaners, supplies, and check-in/check-out - Be available for urgent matters (e.g., maintenance issues) We don’t live on-site, but rest assured you’ll always have 24/7 support through us and the building’s security. Other things to note Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. This helps us maintain cleanliness and prevent allergens that may affect future guests. Cleaning & Linens: Fresh linens and towels are provided at check-in. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged (fees may apply). Supplies: A starter set of toiletries, toilet paper, and a gallon of water is provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies. Parking: Free short-term parking (up to 3 hours) is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overnight parking may be arranged for ₱250/day. Please request at least 5 days in advance. Subject to availability and not guaranteed. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in from 1:00 PM may be available if there are no same-day turnovers. Earlier arrivals or late check-outs may incur a half-day fee. Security & Registration: All guests must present a valid ID and register with building security upon check-in. This is required by condo management. Quiet Hours: Please observe building quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Damages: Any damages should be reported immediately so we can address them quickly. Amenities: Access to the pool, gym, and other facilities is subject to condo admin rules (hours, dress code, guest limits). Amenities may occasionally close for cleaning or maintenance.
