Your 2-room apartment is brightly decorated, equipped with large window fronts and underfloor heating, and up to 4 people can accommodate up to 4 people. On the surrounding roof terrace you will relax and enjoy the sunset or sunbathe. In addition, the apartment has accessibility and elevator. A large and comfortable king size bed (1,80x2) offers enough space for two people and guarantees a first-class sleep with hotel level bedding. All windows in the bedroom and living room are equipped with electrically adjustable exterior blinds so you can sleep as long as you like. A comfortable pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 m) in the living room allows you to sleep for four. Living room and dining area as well as the open kitchen are located in one room. Bedroom and bathroom are locked separately. The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped: hob, fridge with small freezer, oven, kettle, toaster and cookware - even a crepes maker is included. Of course, high-quality spices, olive oil and everything else you need to cook delicious is ready for you. We have also prepared various types of tea and a selection of coffee capsules for the NESPRESSO coffee machine for you. You can enjoy your food at the spacious dining table made of solid wood in the spacious kitchen-living room, which offers space for 4 people. The 55" Smart TV offers you the opportunity to access NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Youtube or media libraries or browse the TV program. On the large couch you can cozy up and end the evening relaxed. In the bathroom you will find a very large walk-in rainforest shower. Of course we provide fresh towels, hair dryer and bathroom essentials. The Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) as well as the Nespresso coffee machine and the large desk also make working in the apartment a pleasure. Our guests can use our underground parking lot free of charge, which is located in the complex. The opener to the underground parking door can be found in the apartment. The name of our apartment, Fynbos, comes from the Afrikaans language and denotes a typical vegetation in South Africa. Since we are both absolute South Africa fans, the apartment contains some elements from the beautiful country on the Cape. Each of our apartments is equipped with at least one personal picture of our Africa trips. Your apartment “Delaire” is named after a beautiful winery in South Africa, which produces excellent wines and is surrounded by stunning scenery. Guest access During your stay you have the apartment completely to yourself and are undisturbed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The keys are handed over easily by PIN through the electronic locking system (no key required). This allows you to check in independently and without contact and are completely independent and flexible. Other things to note We provide high quality beds and towels. Coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil and a selection of high-quality spices are available free of charge during your stay. There are also shampoo (body + hair) from Rituals.
