We have been vacationing and working in WMexico for over 20 years and decided to purchase at Alamar because of its close proximity to the new world-class Marina Riviera Nayarit, the great reputation of the builders (Grupo Real del Mar) and the town's safety and proximity to both Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita. Purchasing north of Puerto Vallarta gave us less traffic congestion and more of the 'peace and quiet' of Mexico that we were looking for. With our charter boat located in the new marina, we couldn't imagine being anywhere else. What really made up our minds are the incredible views we enjoy from the property on which the Alamar Resort is located and the extra amenities on site. Whether inside our outside, we love what we see and do here!
