Just 10 min walk to Gotha city center. Solar panels and heat pump for sustainable living. Pets welcome! The space The cozy rooms are decorated in light colors and have solid oak parquet floors. In the hall on the ground floor there is a big dining table and next door the fully equipped kitchen. We use solar power and a heat pump. Rooms on the upper floor: - Bedroom with a king size bed - 12m2 - Living room with large (1.60m sleeping) couch - 17m2 - Bathroom - 7m2 - Guest toilet - 2m2 Rooms on the Ground floor: - Bedroom with king size bed and (1.40m sleeping) couch - 22m2 - Bathroom - 4m2 - Hall with large dining table for up to 10 people - 12m2 - Kitchen with small dining table for up to 4 people - 11m2 The garden at the entrance to the house is available for sole use: - Large, partially covered terrace - Large parasol - Fireplace with firewood - Traditional barbecue/charcoal grill Guest access You'll find the keys in the key safe at the wall on the covered part of the terasse.
