Beautiful bright furnished private "Green" bedroom located on the second floor with three windows one overlooking the front of the property available for one FEMALE in a modern large (3 bd + 2 bth 2,200 sq ft) designer townhouse located on a quiet tree-lined street. It is just 2 blks s. of the Beverly Hills border, close to everything, parks, tennis courts, hospitals, shopping centers, international restaurants, public transportation is half a block away & Santa Monica is 15 minutes away! The space The large bedroom (168 sq ft) has a king-size bed, a dresser, two nIghtstands, a glass desk with chair and a mirrored closet w/custom-shelving. This price is for a minimum stay of three months, might consider less for more $. The room has a ceiling light/fan fixture and the townhouse has central a/c and heat. The bedroom has a berber type carpet. The bathrooms, entryway and kitchens have travertine and all other floors and stairs are redwood. All utilities, fast speed wireless and basic television channels included in your room (no cable). Guest access The turquoise and white bathroom in the photo is shared. You can also use the downstairs living/dining areas, the kitchen for "light" cooking and the laundry facilities (upstairs). Please note that a Guest is required to be in agreement with picking up after their use of either the bathroom or kitchen promptly. In addition, to vacuuming, dusting and removing garbage from their own room weekly and share in deep cleaning the bathroom every other week with the other female that they would share the bathroom with or weekly if the other room is vacant. Thank you! During your stay I am a person with a lot of goals and I hope my hope my home inspires my Guests to also reach theirs while everyone being courteous and respectful of one another! Other things to note About me: I am a very international middle-aged fun female professional looking to share my townhouse built in 2006 with one more professional FEMALE (for a total of three of us in the townhouse) who is positive and fun as well and who has regular 9 – 5 M-S as much as possible for work/study hours AWAY from home. No crustaceans, mussels or pork meat, no smoking in the house, no drugs or pets please as I have a medium size well behaved short-haired dog. Please note as a CA Host, after accepting a reservation I will email a standard CA "Application to Lease" be completed, signed and returned to me along with two official picture I.D.s (i.e. passport, driver's license, etc.) prior to the "Arrival Date" for our records from each potential guest 18 years of age and older within two days of receiving approval for "our records" in order to finalize the future occupancy period.
