All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome. Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Churchward St, San Diego, CA 92114" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee.
