THE BEST BEACH HOUSE IN NICARAGUA

Modern 2 bdr 2 bath in a private golf/surf estate with 24hr security and a private beach. A pool right in front of the door. A/C and ceiling fans in both rooms. A/C and two fans in living room/ kitchen area. AppleTV and Bluetooth speaker. Bikes and golf carts available for rent on the premises. 2 pickleball courts. Urgent care clinic on premises. ATM. Two markets for food/drinks and knick knacks. Legit surf shop with boards,lessons, bikinis, sun block, rash guards, shorts, etc. The space Very laid back tropical beach atmosphere with 6 restaurants/bars for a nice variety of foods. The private beach is great because no one is trying to sell you stuff while you relax. If you're looking to unwind and enjoy the beach/ surf/ golf, pickleball, this is the place. Everything closes by 10pm so the vibe is very laid back. Two excellent surf breaks on a private beach = minimal crowds. Colorados is a fast hollow wave. Panga Drops is a big mushy wave. So you can surf your mood or skill level. Both breaks are separated by just a 5 minute walk. Did I mention small crowd because it's a private beach? Other things to note Security gate will have your information so they will let you in. Pick up from the airport can be arranged. Washer/dryer for stays 4 days and over. PLEASE - toilet paper in the garbage or toilet will back up. 10KW of electricity per day included. If you go over 10KW per day you will be charged 50 cents US$ per KW over. 10KW is plenty per day. With this you can run the A/C at night and some during the day. This extra charge is just a reminder to not leave the A/C on all day while you're out at the beach or something. Thanks!
