Welcome to our beautiful Berkeley sanctuary! Fully private garden level unit with two king-sized bedrooms with ample closet space, a well-equipped kitchenette, and cozy gas fireplace make this Airbnb your home away from home. Unwind in the hot tub (8am-10pm) after mountain adventures. Walk to trendy Tennyson Street bars and restaurants, beautiful parks, and enjoy ample street parking. Easy I-70 access for mountain or airport trips. Your Denver getaway starts here! The space This beautiful space is located on the garden level (basement) of our home and is a FULLY private space. There is a private entrance. The hot tub (8am-10pm) located in the backyard. We also have a fire pit table and lounge area that you are welcome to enjoy. There are two bedrooms that each have a king sized bed. The living room is so cute and cozy and features a gas fireplace. The kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer combo, a dishwasher, and place settings for four people. There is a microwave and toaster oven - perfect for snacks, breakfast, and leftovers! We also have a Keurig and an electric kettle. Since we live on site it’s possible that you may bump into us, but we will stay out of your hair unless you need us! We are friendly people so feel free to say hi if you’d like, we are always here to help or share restaurant / bar / coffee / entertainment options around town! Guest access There is a private entrance on the left side of the home down a set of stairs. It offers a keypad for easy check-in! Other things to note Hottub and outside common area hours are 8am-10pm As a reminder: NO GUESTS. The space, including the hottub and outside amenities, are for the registered guests only.
