The 2nd floor hosts another master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, a balcony and a terrace, and all three levels can be reached either by using the marble staircase or the elevator! Accessibility - The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 97cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 97cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are tiled and of wooden decking, the area is flat and even, the garden grounds are gravelled and grassed, the area is hilly and uneven. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level and more steps leading to the second floor level, on this level there is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a utility room and access to the roof terrace. The bedroom doors are 78cm wide and the bathroom door is 74cm wide, this is the main bathroom on the first floor level, it is a shower type bathroom.
