A bright room, no use of kitchen, but great cafes/restaurants/two supermarkets VERY close. Gatwick half hour by car, 35 mins on train, station 1 min walk. Parking for one car. Surfing/paddle board/Sussex downs/golf course/ Hove Beach/Brighton 10minutes drive. I can provide a pre-made picnic hamper, price and content discussed beforehand and secret places locally to enjoy it. Brighton bike hire is nearby. Sadly, no children or pets. Train/bus services into Brighton and beyond run frequently. The space My place is situated on the outskirts of Brighton, walking into Brighton can take 45 minutes but it’s only 6 minutes on the train which run regularly. I live one minute walk to the nearest train station where you’ll also find three great pubs one dies karaoke on a Saturday 😎 the other does great food and there’s a micro pub with the best ales , it often has amazing mobile street food vans outside . There’s plenty of charity shops to explore, great restaurants, supermarket opposite . There’s a taxi rank, bikes you can hire (you’ll have to download the app to pay for them, they’re cheap) Buses are frequent into the heart of Brighton, train station, hospital, Sussex downs, and into kemptown and golf course 5 mins drive . You’ll have use of the room a private loo and shared bathroom directly next to your room. There’s a stairs up to your room with no disability access I’m afraid. There’ll be ‘welcome’ teas/coffee/hot chocolate. 1 litre of fresh water, fresh milk in the mini fridge (the mini fridge only holds max the size of two cans ) There’s a double bed with fresh linen, two towels, heated blanket if needed, black out blind if you like the room extra dark. It’s a front facing room so there’s mild traffic but certainly not a noisy room. I have two cats that do not go upstairs. There’s a record player in your so feel free to bring your own vinyl , some is supplied if you like music 😊 I work a lot (from home) so you’ll only see me upon arrival and possibly to say good bye …but please come and go as you please….. I don’t think Brighton centre and lanes need describing in regards fir things to do ! There’s a hairdryer, large mirror, potential work space . There is shampoo /conditioner/ body wash … anything left out in the bathroom is yours to use. In the summer months in a nice day you are welcome to use the garden for your breakfast of snacks and to chill. There’s no use of kitchen or ready of the house 😊 During your stay Upon your arrival I’ll give you my phone number should you need any advice or help during your stay. Other things to note I have two friendly cats, they generally do not go upstairs . You’ll be able to lock your room door from the inside and a lock on the outside . There will be a basic first aid kit in your room.
