The space 📌 Important Beach Notice (Temporary Project) North Myrtle Beach is currently part of a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers beach renourishment project. Crews move in 1,000-foot sections and are not in one location for more than about a week at a time. When work is nearby, guests may experience construction noise and equipment on the beach even at night as the work is ongoing 24/7. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of February 2026. Details of the real time location of the renourishment project can be found on the City of North Myrtle Beach website. Guest access ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
