The space Newly refurbished ranch house featuring three en suite bathrooms. Cattleguards: The gate to the property is on a cattleguard. Cattleguards are designed to deter cattle from crossing over, so it's important that a capable individual handles the gate. Distance from the Main Road: Please note that the house is very hidden and far from the main road. Pasture Crossing: Access to the house involves driving through a large pasture inhabited by a herd of cattle, including their adorable calves. While traversing, take a moment to appreciate the beauty of these beautiful creatures and their precious offspring from inside your vehicle. Please exercise caution and avoid disturbing them during your passage. We're certain you'll find joy in witnessing their presence. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, pool area, fire pit, grill, lake and marked trails. Other things to note Pool Fence Policy: For safety purposes, the pool fence remains in an upright position by default. Should you require it to be taken down, please notify us 48 hours in advance, and we will gladly accommodate your request. Pool Maintenance Schedule: Pool maintenance is scheduled for Thursdays. This routine service is conducted swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your plans. Rural Location: Our property is located in a peaceful, rural area, perfect for a private getaway. Please note that roads can be very dark at night, so we recommend arriving before sunset if possible. As with most countryside settings, you may encounter wildlife such as insects, spiders, and occasional snakes despite regular pest control. Cell service can be limited depending on your carrier, though WiFi is available (speeds may vary from city standards). Nearby stores and restaurants are a short drive away, so we suggest bringing any essentials you may need for your stay. Working Cattle Ranch: As this is an active ranch, you may occasionally see ranch hands driving through or working in certain areas of the property. They are there to maintain daily operations and will always respect your space. Septic System Sensitivity: Our septic system requires diligent care to ensure optimal functionality. Please refrain from disposing of trash, down the toilets. Fireplace Usage: At this time, the fireplaces are not available for use.
