Spacious and comfy living room for you

Please read the description!! There’s a comfortable sofa bed that you can sleep,blackout curtain,smart tv,spacious house with all the amenities. I am rarely at home as I work a lot. You'll have a great time at this spacious living room Well located: 10mins walking to the beach, 3mins away to the metro,1min to the mall, 1min to the bakery and restaurants. It's a quiet building with only three floors.. I am a tour guide so in case you would like tours you Will have discounts! @wxpersonalsolutions The space the building is quiet,only three floors and the house is located on the ground floor, it's safe and it has two gates and a little garden at the entrance, there's no doorman but there's a cleaner who comes and takes care of the building.there’s a complete kitchen with microwave,grill,blender, cluttering,etc. there's a spacious living room with sofa bed suitable for two people and it’s very comfortable. I also have a single mattress for a third person.There’s a big table with chairs,smart TV,WiFi,blackout curtain(so you will have a good time of sleep),etc. the house has one bedroom and I have all my things there so it would be easier if you stay in the living room so I would not knock the bedroom door to eventually pick some of my stuff from there, also if I close the bedroom door you would have the whole house for you apart from the bedroom which is amazing! This apartment is very well located,fresh and quiet! Guest access The building also has a garden with chairs and table,you can hang out there. There is also a hose to wash the feet when coming back from the beach Other things to note You will be sharing the place with me! But don’t worry because the house is very comfortable
