The house offers an extremely large open concept main living space featuring a living room with WBFP, a dining room, a sitting room, and a spacious kitchen with large seated peninsula- all with ocean views. This living space has heating, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and built-in SONOS speakers. Off this second floor living space are two outdoor decks, one with a gas grill, large table accommodating at least 8 people, and ocean views. The front deck overlooks the first floor heated pool and surrounding deck. It also provides access to the roof deck with sweeping Atlantic Ocean and Great South Bay views. Roof and pool decks have built-in SONOS speakers. On the private first floor you will find three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The largest room serves as the primary bedroom with direct access to the private pool deck and has in-window AC. All bedrooms have heat and fans. Newly constructed entry foyer includes hidden laundry, wet bar, and wine and beverage fridge all off pool area. Guest access Bookings are on a WEDNESDAY to WEDNESDAY cycle to align with cleaning schedule. Guests will be provided access information upon booking. 448 FIB offers its guests extremely fast WiFi (perfect for a multitude of devices streaming plus work). The TVs have Apple TV plus all streaming apps including YouTube TV. No traditional cable. The rooftop deck, pool deck and main floor are all connected to Sonos and there’s a portable Sonos speaker as well as speakers for the beach! Other things to note There is an additional charge of $250 a week for utilities and other services such as maid services; pool cleaning; household perishables such as paper towels, toilet tissue, bathroom tissue, laundry detergent, garbage bags; and basic kitchen cooking oils, spices, wraps, foils, and storage bags.
