C'ville and Blue Ridge Waterfront Homestay

Enjoy your holiday or reunion at the foot of the blue ridge. A terrific vacation home with Charlottesville's convenience. We offer 4 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, a leather sleep sofa and air mattress. Home is only a few minutes to Downtown, UVA Campus, Vineyards, and Monticello. Guests enjoy waking up on the waterfront with mountain views. Great for families, and children. Parents accompany children when walking the property. Our Rating is incorrect. Working with app staff. The space Blending the best of C'Ville's downtown, UVA, Monticello and Vineyards.. Home has lake and mountain views, with a large back deck and gardens. There is an additional fold out leather couch in the living room. We do have a two and three night minimum , weekend depending. Back deck is for smokers, with views of the lake, Sorry no smoking inside this property. Guest access Located close to Monticello, the Monticello Trail system, Vineyards, Historic Downtown Mall, and UVA Campus. Easy Access to the Blue Ridge, Wintergreen and winter recreation, all just a short drive from this home. Excellent location for mall groups, family reunions and wedding guests. Other things to note Entire home is priced per night , with a two and three night minimum depending on the dates. There is a guest fee of $150/ guest / night for over 4 guests. We do have a hot tub, on premises, however it is shut down during the pandemic, and not in use for guests. Sorry we no longer take pets. We do have a liability waiver to sign upon your arrival, though we send it to you before your arrival so there is no surprise. All of our guests sign the waiver which protects the HOA in which we are in, and give us an added protection. Sm type of paperwork as in a hotel. Airbnb has its awesome insurance and this is why we like to use Airbnb . We have never needed to use insurance, but we like no surprises. What you see in these pictures do not do the bedrooms justice, as they are are very comfortable beds, with higher count sheets, fluffy large towels, pillows that are nicer then hotel quality, and a variety of blankets and quilts to make your stay comfy.
