Welcome to my peaceful and comfortable retreat! My quiet and immaculate room is the perfect sanctuary for remote workers, students, couples ,or anyone seeking a relaxing stay. My room is located in a quiet family neighborhood with convenient access to nearby amenities and attractions. The space Bedroom: You will have access to a cozy private bedroom which includes a desk for working or studying, a walk in closet for storage, blackout curtains for better sleep, and a smart TV for entertainment purposes. Bathroom: You will have access to one full private bathroom right next door to the bedroom, It has a nice tub shower combo, excellent for soaking in after a stressful day. Kitchen: This spacious shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals or make a nice dinner. It is all electric with a microwave, dishwasher, center island, and lots of extra preparation space. + Plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, plates, plastic storage containers, silverware, spices, cooking utensils, and more. Note: Room and property is non smoking! We require a two night minimum booking. Age requirement 21 years or older. Guest access Guest has access to: Kitchen Dinning area Bedroom Bathroom Washer and dryer I apologize, but living room is off-limits During your stay During your stay you can reach me by text or phone if anything is needed. I do live in the home, but will strive to give you as much peace and privacy as possible during your stay. I am available if you need recommendations or information. I am currently working from 11am - 7:30pm, so during those hours it may take me longer than usual to respond. I apologize in advance. Other things to note Keyless entry system for convenience and security. Ring camera for added security measures. The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles only (side by side). Please do not park in grass or on the street. Additional parking is available at the front by the office.
