 RESPECTFUL KARAOKE HOURS! Sing your heart out until 10 PM only. Let's keep the noise down to avoid penalties and respect fellow tenants.
 CLEAN AS YOU GO! Leave no mess behind. FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES! Any damaged or lost item will be charged in full. Consider it a lesson in careful handling.
 COOK WITH CAUTION! When cooking, ensure that the range hood is open. Activating the smoke alarm incurs a penalty of PHP 1,000. 
 POOL ETIQUETTE! Wear proper swimming attire (rashguards, swimwear, wet suits, board shorts) when enjoying the pool. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 7AM TO 10PM! (Pool voucher is only valid within the day) NO SMELLY COOKING! Light cooking is allowed.
 TIME MATTERS! Be punctual. If you anticipate being late for your check-in, kindly inform us beforehand. If you are delayed by 4 hours from the 2pm booking without prior agreement, it's considered a NO SHOW.
 STAINS will incur a fee of PHP 200. Absolutely NO CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. EARLY CHECK-OUT? Give us a heads-up. We don't reside near Trees Residences and our travel time takes 2 hours. Failure to advise us of an early check out would mean a 2-hour wait, or forfeiture of your security deposit.
 LATE CHECK-OUT? 12:05PM check-out incurs a fee of PHP 100 per hour, subject to availability. NEED PARKING? Let us know in advance to reserve your spot. Parking fee is PHP 250 for 22 hours.
