Porto by the Bae offers a very clean and well-maintained home, reliable power and internet, and a warm, responsive hosting experience—so families and groups can truly relax and enjoy their beach getaway without worry. We are located inside Porto Laiya Beach Residences, an exclusive gated subdivision with access to a 400m long beachfront. Beach is 8-10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive. We have golf cart free-of-use for our guest, for a more convenient going to/from the beach. The space 🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements The house features multiple bedrooms designed to comfortably accommodate families and large groups. All rooms are prepared with clean, freshly laundered linens and pillows before every stay. Room 1: Sleeps 5–6 guests Room 2: Sleeps 4 guests Room 3: Sleeps 6 guests Room 4: Sleeps 2 guests Additional sleeping options: 5 futons 1 full-sized pull-out sofa bed 🛋 Living Areas The house offers two separate living areas, allowing guests to enjoy both lively gatherings and quiet relaxation at the same time. Poolside Living Area: This space is ideal for group activities and socializing. It is where videoke sessions and lively gatherings can take place, making it perfect for kids, teens, and kids-at-heart who want to enjoy music and have fun. Private Living Area: A more quiet and comfortable indoor living room, commonly preferred by seniors and PWDs, or guests who want a calmer space to relax, watch TV, or rest away from noise. This layout allows different age groups to enjoy the home comfortably without disturbing one another. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is functional and well-organized, equipped with basic cooking essentials for home-prepared meals. The dining area is suitable for shared meals and small gatherings. 🚿 Bathrooms & Water Supply The property uses a deep well water source and is equipped with a water filtration system to ensure clean and safe water for bathing, washing, and daily use. 🌿 Outdoor & Common Areas Guests can enjoy open outdoor spaces, including access to a basketball court and badminton area, ideal for light recreation and family activities. The beach is easily accessible, with conditions varying depending on tide levels. ⚡ Power, Internet & Reliability The home has its own transformer, helping provide more stable power supply. In case of power outages beyond our control, a standby generator is available to support essential needs such as lighting, electric fans, and internet. For connectivity, we provide WiFi upto 200mbs on selected area and Globe at Home backup internet to ensure reliable access. Guest access Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. You will also have access to shared outdoor amenities, including: 🌊 Beach access 🏀 Basketball court 🚫 Off-Limit Areas For operational and safety reasons, the following areas are not accessible to guests: Stock room and Linen cabinets These spaces are reserved for housekeeping and property management use.
