Inside, enjoy an open-concept kitchen, dining, and sitting area with fireplace and 60” TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator (with cold bottled water + frozen mugs), bar seating, and a snack tray. Relax in the spacious family room with seating for 8 and a 65” TV—perfect for movie nights. With 3 bedrooms (new ultra-comfy beds), 2 baths, and laundry facilities, the home sleeps up to 6. Need room for more? We can often accommodate additional guests for a small fee, just ask! The home and apartment are separate but may share the driveway and backyard if both are booked. • Studio Apartment Details: ~1,000 sq. ft. with 3 beds (2 twins + 1 full), kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer, stocked snacks & drinks), private bathroom with shower. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably. • Booking the Studio: Available separately when not reserved. To confirm, search Airbnb listings in Calera or message me directly. • Parking: • Hidden Gem House → park on right side of driveway (facing house). • Studio Apartment → park on left side of driveway in front of white garage door. Street parking available in front of house or at street’s end. • Outdoor Spaces: Both units have separate decks/patios with seating, grill, and tables. The backyard is shared. Guest access Guest have access to entire home through keyless entry located at the front door. Access information will be sent to you prior to check in. Other things to note PLEASE READ We have a nice play set in the back yard for younger children. We ask that children 12 and older do not play on the play equipment. Our Hidden gem has a detached garage that has a studio apartment above the garage. The Hidden Gem shares a large driveway and the back yard, but sharing is only necessary when the home and apartment are reserved at the same time. The home and garage have totally separate entrances, back porches/patio. If you have extra guest this is great for an overflow. The garage apartment is a Studio Apartment with with three beds (2 twin and 1 Full) also includes a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer microwave, an Air Fryer and stocked with necessities, drinks and snacks. Also, a private full bathroom Includes with a full shower. This studio apartment is approximately 1000 square feet so there is plenty of room to accommodating 4 guest without stepping on each other. If you need additional space, you can search Calera. If the property is available during your the visit it will show up. We ask that guest for the Clean Low cost garage apartment Studio to park in the driveway on the left hand side in front of the white roll up garage door. You may also park on the street in front of the house or one door down at the end of the street. Parking for the Hidden Gem in Calera Home is on the the right hand side of the driveway (if facing the driveway). Thank you for following the parking instructions. The back yard is shared, however the house has a seperate deck with and furniture. The garage apartment has a seperate patio with seperate grill, seating and table.
