The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away. The space Enjoy my cozy guesthouse with open kitchen and living room, one bedroom with a king bed, bathrobes and its own private porch for relaxing. There is a work space with charging block and two tvs, one in the bedroom. The large shower is easy entry. Washer and dryer make it convenient for packing light. Guest access You’ll have a unique entry code with your own entrance near the house, and close to your own carport parking bay. Two parking spots are available and cafe lights that can be customized to stay on for late arrival and early departure make for safe and simple entry. Other things to note This guest house is an extension of my home. Please respect the space for my family and future guests. There is no smoking on the property, no parties, no candles, or hair dye. This unit only accommodates 2 people. No more. To keep the cleaning fee low, guests are expected to honor simple departure instructions.
