Im looking forward to welcome you to 1423 The space Our wonderful one bedroom apartment with separate lounge and dining area is the perfect holiday stay for you. We are very excited to welcome this property to our apartments. This unit is on the 14th floor with an amazing ocean view. As u come into the apartment u are welcomed by views. On your right is the kitchen and in-front of you the lounge. Walking forward u will enter the bedroom and in the bedroom is the bathroom. On the 27th floor is the bar and pool area and also the gym. You will love our apartment and it is spacious and feel like home far away from home. Things to note: When you staying with us, we will have the apartment ready for you. We leave you with 2 toilet rolls, hand wash, 2 coffees, some tea and sugar to use. Dishwashing liquid and 2 tablets for the dishwasher. A small amount of washing powder to at-least do 2 washings. There is also a small milk for u to use. We do not supply body wash and shampoo. We are self catering units as we believe most people travel with their own toiletries as we are a holiday airbnb. We offer cleaning while you are staying at a cost. Other things to note Electricity is not to be misused. Please switch off all appliances when not needed. Heating and aircon must not be misused. If we realise it’s being misused, the additional cost will be for your account. We will notify you if this happens. Thanks so much for your understanding.
