TUI HAVEN - BEST RATES WITH ALL THE HOME COMFORTS

Tui Haven is set in a tranquil, private and exclusive site with excellent location to the numerous walkways and the local beach. The Unit is on ground level and has a large dining/lounge room with a separate double room which have all the home comforts. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen provided. There are numerous Food outlets to choose from including Fresh Choice Supermarket and takeaways. Check in 1.00 pm Check-out 11.00am PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEALS The space Our Unit is situated on ground level and under the Main Dwelling. The Dining room / Lounge is a large area and gives good space to spread out. There is a pull-out Couch-bed in this room for a third guest. Free View TV and WIFI are available. The separate Bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress with a dimple Foam Topper Pad. There is a large wardrobe that holds an Iron and Ironing Board, a Clothes rack for airing, coat hangers and extra bedding. We have a Port-a-cot available. All bedding is provided. The Bathroom is separate and has a shower with good pressure, toilet and basin with extra towels in the cupboard under the basin. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove and microwave, toaster, pots and pans and all other kitchen utensils including a teapot and coffee plunger. The Lounge and Main Bedroom windows look out to the back garden which is an interesting garden with a various collection of garden features. The back gate opens up to a public reserve called Walnut Grove which provides the lead to various wonderful walkways along the edge of the Tauranga Harbour with Matakana Island in the distance and the lovely local beach. A local barge travels to and from the Island four or five times a day. There are numerous choices of eating places including two Pizza houses, a Souci Bar, Indian Restuarant x 2, a Sports Bar/Restaurant named The Green Village, A Turkish Restaurant, an excellent local Fish and Chip shop, the local Boat Club Restaurant and opposite is the Alma Cafe which is also licensed. A new area called The Village is now open beside the Fresh Choice Supermarket where there are a number of businesses and eating houses. Guest access A free WIFI is provided with the code inside the cover of the Guest Book on the dining room table. Guests can access the shared Washing Machine between 9.00am and 5.00pm by arrangement. A Dryer is available in emergencies. There are two long clothes lines at the back yard where they get fresh air and sunshine. A box of pegs can be found on the bottom shelf in the Bathroom. There is a clothes rack provided as well as ironing board and iron in the Bedroom wardrobe. Clean sheets provided weekly or sooner if required. Extra bedding is stored in the top shelf in the wardrobe. Outdoor seating is provided. Tennis Courts are at the local School or at the Tennis Club situated at Western Park. The local library provides much information surrounding the local district and also provides computer use. Other things to note A Heat Pump is available for colder temperatures but is monitored in order for the pump to be used in moderation. The unit is lovely and cool in the summer with a fan provided . There is plenty of hot water on tap for hot showers and washing up. Guests are requested to refrain from cooking highly spiced food due to strong odours lingering in consideration to new guests following on. We do NOT provide meals, however there are eating places within a short distance where a variety of food can be supplied all times of the day and night.
