The Secret Loft Garden

Welcome to this peaceful oasis in the centre of Rome. The loft is an 80mq open space with access to a shared garden and a small private patio where you can start and finish your day enjoying a coffe or a drink. The indoor space includes a kitchen, a large dining table, a living area with a comfortable futon sofa bed and smart tv (Netflix account already included), a working space, a bedroom (separated by the rest of the space by curtains) and a bathroom with shower. CIR 058091-ALT-11103 The space This is an open space: it means there are no doors separating the bedroom space from the living room and kitchen. For your privacy, the bedroom space is separated by curtains. Of course the bathroom is a separate room with a proper door :) The space can accomodate 4 people: there's a queen size bed, a double sofa bed that can accomodate 2 children or 1 adult comfortably (it's 140 cm large), and an additional single futon. The kitchen is equipped with an over, a microwave, but please know there is not a dishwasher. Guest access You will have access to a shared garden and a small private patio that you can access from the kitchen. Other things to note This place is located in the historical centre of Rome. That means the area is closed to the traffic and only cars with a special permit can enter. If you arrive by car, please know you can enter in the street only on limited time slots in the evening and night. You can only park the car in the nearby streets (5 mins walk) but that depends on the parking slots availability and parking in the street has a cost of 1eur/hour.
