The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with seamless cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Enjoy preparing meals or explore nearby dining options and food delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats. The master suite boasts a sumptuous queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a spacious closet, and a convenient workspace desk. An additional twin trundle provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The sparkling en-suite bath features an oversized glass shower and stocked vanity essentials. The remaining bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, two with twin trundles, and dedicated workspaces. The guest bathroom includes a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a bidet-equipped toilet, and complimentary toiletries. Outside, unwind in your private oasis with a refreshing (unheated) pool. Lounge on the deck or use the fenced area for a rejuvenating yoga session or workout. Pet lovers are welcome, with a $200 pet fee per pet. Guests have full access to the entire home, with keyless entry for convenience. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway one garage spot, with additional free street parking. Please note, this is a quiet sanctuary and not suitable for parties. The pool is (unheated) naturally heated by the sun from May through September. By booking, you agree to waive liability for the property's special features and hold the manager and property owner harmless against any claims of personal injury or property damage. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks in the home. A code specific to you for the length of your stay will be messaged to guest 72 hours before check-in. If your booking is last min, send host a message to provide you an emergency door code and check-in instructions. Garage accommodates a full size car; driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the streets. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. Westwood House is a sanctuary and not a party place. The pool is not heated October through April. The rest of the year pool is naturally heated by the sun. There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the units which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors. BY BOOKING THIS LISTING YOU AGREE TO: WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, pond, decks, railings, bunk beds accessible by ladders, etc. herein referred to as Special Feature. If so equipped, it is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupant aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or Manager for injuries or claims. HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
