There are no shared spaces, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The space This residence is a newly renovated single story 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. It offers a spacious living room, 2 ductless AC and heating units, a brand new water heater, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. In addition the home has a private patio and a vast backyard. Our guests may use all the amenities. the home also includes shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, clothes iron, blender, electric kettle and microwave. The property contains two private parking spaces in the front of the home as well as plenty of street parking. There are two houses on the lot. The front house has a long term tenant. The back house is reserved for our Airbnb guests and this is where you will reside during your stay. Guest access The entire house. The patio. The driveway and the back yard. Other things to note Street sweeping is on Tuesday between 12 noon to 5 pm. Please do not park on the street. Instead, park inside the property parking lot. For the safety of our guests. The front door and the back door have ring doorbells. Also, the backyard and the parking area have ring floodlights.
