Welcome to Doremi House, a new homestay at Taiping area. We are excited to have you and your family to stay with us and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We offer comfortable and clean space with basic necessity provided. We are located nearby many restaurants, shops, and attractions. It is just about 5 mins driving distance to the Lotus's, Aeon, Taiping Sentral Mall. Around 5 to 10 mins drive to popular attractions such as the Antong Coffee Factory, Taiping Lake Garden and etc. The space It is a double-storey terrace house, which is strategically located between Taiping, Asam Kumbang and Aulong area. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is able to accommodate up 12 pax and more. Other things to note 1. During the rental period, the guest is liable for all the missing, stolen personal belongings and their own safety. The host shall not bear any responsibility to the accident that happened in the property. 2. Please turn off the AC, lights, fans and all the electronic appliances before going out. 3. Quiet time is after 11pm. 4. Please take care of all the furniture. If any damages found when you checked in, please inform immediately. Otherwise, you have to bear on the loss or damages found. 5. If you break or damage something, please let us know and we will arrange for its replacement or repair. 6. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. Late check out will be extra charged with RM50/hour. (*if need to late check out, please check with the host at least 1-day in advance to avoid any disruption for the next entry) 7. Please DON'T EAT DURIANS in the house. 8. Events , parties or wedding party are not allowed. 9. Smoking or pets are not allowed inside the house. 10. Please return all keys. The fee for the lost key will be RM20.00.
