Welcome to our spacious 80 m² 3-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Budapest! Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioner, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay in every season. The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms and sits on the 1st floor of a charming, historic building. Located just a short stroll from the Hungarian National Museum and the Central Market Hall, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city. Ideal for families, groups, or friends traveling together. :) The space Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen features a clean, minimalist design with white and wooden finishes. It includes a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooktop, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. Living Room: The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a cozy sofa, comfortable chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. While it's not a smart TV and has no channels, guests can easily connect their own devices using the HDMI cable provided. Bedroom 1: This bright bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and a wardrobe for your convenience. It’s ideal for both rest and productivity. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed, AC, wardrobe, and a desk, this room is perfect for relaxing or working remotely in comfort. Bedroom 3: A comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, and AC make this room a peaceful and functional space for work or sleep. Full Bathroom: The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, a washer and a dryer — great for longer stays. A toilet is also included in this space for added convenience. Separate Toilet: Located next to the bathroom, the separate toilet offers extra flexibility for groups and families. Guest access Your booking is for the entire apartment, so all rooms are for your use. Other things to note Please make sure to book for the exact number of guests staying, as we prepare the apartment accordingly. Let us know your arrival and departure times in advance so we can schedule cleaning appropriately. We provide 1 towel per guest and change them weekly. Parties, events, stag/hen parties, loud or late-night drinking are strictly prohibited. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval. The TV is not a smart TV and has no channels, guests can easily connect their own devices using the HDMI cable provided. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided. There is a moka pot with ground coffee. Sometimes laundry may still be drying on the rack or in the dryer upon arrival.
