Welcome to Brickley Rise, a Grade II cottage surrounded by almost two acres of private gardens. The house sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. It’s designed with families in mind and includes travel cots, highchairs, bed guard, toys, books and games to make your stay easier. Located under 3 miles from the Sandringham Estate and a short drive to North Norfolk’s coastline, you're perfectly placed to explore Hunstanton, Holkham, Burnham Market, RSPB reserves and the wider area. The space Inside, there are four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, two living rooms (one set up for kids with toys), a large family kitchen with an island, and a separate dining room with seating for eight. French doors in the lounge open to peaceful garden views, with a wood-burning effect stove for cosy evenings. We’ve made the cottage especially family friendly. On request, we can provide cots, bed guards, high chairs, toilet steps, and more to make your stay easier. You’ll also find books, board games, and toys to keep little ones happy. Upstairs, there are two ensuite bedrooms, a twin, a double, and a large family bathroom. All rooms have lovely views of the woodland and estate. Outside, the enclosed gardens and woodland space offer plenty of room to explore. There’s also secure, off-road parking for multiple cars. Please note, Brickley Rise is not open to any pets due to owner health reasons. Guest access You will be able to access the full house and the house sits in just under 2 acres of land.
