The space The unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and laundry facilities The property includes off-street parking, and a large backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire downstairs unit, front porch, back porch and backyard. No smoking or vaping inside the property or on the covered porches. Smoking allowed ONLY in the backyard/garden area. Other things to note Please note that the upstairs unit is also a vacation rental. The common areas are shared, ie. the back yard and parking spaces. Please note: this is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Peak Season & Discounts: Peak season runs May through August. During this time, weekly and monthly discounted rates are not available unless a specific promotion is noted. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Weather conditions, including tropical storms, hurricanes, rain, wind, and other unfavorable beach conditions, do not qualify for a refund unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for the island or local authorities restrict access to the area. In the event of a mandatory evacuation or government-ordered closure that prevents access to the property, a refund will be provided in accordance with our cancellation policies. Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 25. Booking the property on behalf of, or for the use of, anyone under the age of 25 is strictly prohibited.
