This well-appointed condo features a spacious common area for gathering, and when it’s time to retire, there is a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the guest room plus a bonus sleeper sofa in the family room. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
