The maximum number of guests allowed will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in an additional fee being charged. Check In time is at 2:00PM Check Out time is at 11:00AM An additional Php 1,000 will be charged per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Prior coordination must be made with The Lodge Tagaytay. The Lodge Tagaytay can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Request for additional bed/additional person is at Php 1,000 per night. Maximum of 14 pax. Pets are allowed at The Lodge Tagaytay premises however you will be held liable for any damage caused by your pet. We only allow small and medium pets (max weight of 10kgs). Maximum of 3. Pets are required to wear diaper at all times. Our housekeeping attendants are available to assist from 8am-8pm. In the event of a power interruption/failure, flashlights will be provided. The Lodge Tagaytay DOES NOT have a generator set. We will provide the Wi-Fi access upon check-in; however, we do not guarantee the strength of the connection, which may vary due to weather conditions and location. Cooking and grilling should be done in designated areas only. Durian, Marang, and other odorous foods are not to be brought inside the premises. Drinking water is free for the first bottle at the dispenser. An additional Php 100 will be charged for the succeeding bottle. For stays of less than 4 nights, beddings will not be automatically changed. If you desire a linen change, additional charges will be applicable. Please respect the noise curfew implemented by the local government unit of Tagaytay. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM. All rooms and indoor areas are designated as non-smoking and non-vaping areas. A penalty of Php 10,000 will be enforced upon violation. Please smoke at designated areas (outdoor). Our pool is equipped with temperature control, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience. There are no lifeguards on duty. Kindly attend to the safety of your guests at all times. Proper swimming attire is required. Fine of Php 10,000 will be imposed for any spillage, human waste, or vomit in the pool and jacuzzi. Pets are not allowed inside the pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi Use: The jacuzzi will only be heated upon guest request. The jacuzzi takes approximately 3 hours to heat up. The jacuzzi is available for from 8am-10pm The water inside the jacuzzi is changed every check in. However, should you wish to have it changed during your stay, it will incur an additional fee of Php 1000.
