We are walking distance to convenience stores and shops. The back of the house features a laundry room with coin operated laundry for your use. Guest access This is a completely private bedroom with keycode lock. There are several shared bathroom throughout this 4,000 square foot house. The kitchen is shared as well as the laundry room and other amenities of the house. You are welcome to reset the code on the door to your desired code and ensure that you are the only one with the code. During your stay Feel free to contact me with any questions or needs for the house. Other things to note Street parking in our area is very easy and does not require any permit. You will find free street parking within a 1-2 block walk, if not usually directly in front of the house will be no issue. We do offer a reserved space in our parking lot for $75 but please inquire before if you are interested. Includes fast WIFI and all utilities. We have coin operated washer/dryer on the property for your use.
